Eligibility for the “Get To The Point” program is limited to registered contractors and their respective companies only. To register and begin earning points, a contractor must either submit the online form on the “Get To The Point” page at www.cimberiovalve.com/fastlock or complete the form above and fax it to Cimberio at 877-228-9246. The “Get To The Point” program is valid for one year from the date of initial registration or while supplies last. For each purchase of FASTLOCK™ fittings in the one year period, registrants will be awarded one point for each list price dollar value on their total FASTLOCK™ fittings order. Points are based on the list price of the fittings, not the actual price paid. (List prices can be found in the sales catalog, available for download at www.cimberiovalve.com/fastlock.) Points are awarded for purchases of FASTLOCK™ fittings only. It is the contractor’s responsibility to forward, by fax, mail, or e-mail, copies of all invoices of FASTLOCK™ fittings purchased. If submitting by fax, fax invoice copies along with a cover sheet to 877-232-9246. If submitting by mail, mail invoice copies to “Get To The Point”, Cimberio Valve, 100 Quaker Lane, Malvern, PA 19355. If submitting by e-mail, place “Get To The Point” in the subject line, attach scans of sales invoices, and send to orders@cimberiovalve.com. Cimberio reserves the right to verify net payment on all invoices. Points will only be rewarded upon payment of invoice. Any returns or unpaid amounts on invoices will be deducted from the points total. Only invoices dated within one year of the registration date will be credited towards the “Get To The Point” program. Approximately 60 days before the expiration of the one year point accumulation period, Cimberio will notify you of your current point total so that possible redemption levels can be met prior to program expiration. Within 30 days of the expiration period you will be required to notify Cimberio regarding the exchange of any unused points. Accumulated points can be redeemed for FASTLOCK™ jaws, accessories, or additional FASTLOCK™ fittings. See chart on reverse for details. Redemption of points for FASTLOCK™ fittings will be based on $600.00 worth of contractor’s choice of fittings valued at list price in exchange for 12,000 points. FASTLOCK™ fittings redemption must be completed within 120 days of reward issue and requested FASTLOCK™ fittings will be shipped to the contractor directly from a Cimberio warehouse, freight prepaid by Cimberio. At the end of the one year period from initial registration, any points remaining that do not reach a reward level will be forfeited. This program is for a limited time only and Cimberio reserves the right to terminate the program at any time.
